    (Japanese Breathing Techniques)

There are a number of Reiki breathing techniques which assist in bringing balance to your being and the building of Ki in your Hara.

    Kenyoku Hô (Dry Bathing Method)

This is an energetic cleansing method that can be used as part of the  preparation for your practice or at the completion of Tenohira on others.

Joshin Kokyu-Hô    (Method of Focusing the Mind on the Hara)

This is a method of focussing the mind on the Hara and building an ‘energy bubble’ or mist emanating from the body.

Seishin Toitsu   (Method of Unifying Self spirit, mind, soul, intention )

In this breathing method our intention is to breath in through the hands to the Hara and from the Hara out through the hands.

Hatsurei Rei Ho  This is basically a combination of the above individual techniques. This technique is central to all Reiki Practice.
